I don't see my AC (Device) on the smartphone app
If you don’t see your AC listed on the smartAC tab of the app or you don’t see the smartAC tab make sure you smartAC kit is set up correctly.
The modlet should be plugged into an outlet and the other end should be plugged into your window AC.
You should not see lights on your modlets LED.
The thermostat remote should not have an X on the display.

My modlet does not connect to my network
If you have verified your kit is online and you still can’t control the AC from your Smartphone app uninstall the app and reinstall so you can verify you have the latest version of the app.
